There's no added water or injections to any of the products, moreover even the essential glazing protection is always compensated and the weight indicated is always net and drained. All products come from certified sustainable fisheries or in the process of obtaining the certification.

Canadian Lobster

Western Rock Lobster
Coming from the waters of the crystalline Indian Ocean, each PremiumShellfish Wild Lobster is selected by hand, one by one. Most of its light and sweet meat is in the tail, with a very high meat performance.
Langoustines
PremiumShellfish Langoustines come from the daily catch with small boats around Hebridean Islands near the Scottish coast. They are of superior quality and excellent consistency, offering very tight calibration, minimal glazing and perfect peeling, coming out whole with the skin.
