Maison Le Paulmier is an artisanal vinegar producer perched on the south western foothills of the Pays d’Auge, in the heart of Normandy. The company is named after Julien de Pomiers, the author of the first treatise on cider and the progenitor of pomology (the science of fruitbearing plants). The company gardens are planted on the principle of maximum symbiosis with the surrounding nature and preservation of traditional principles of local agriculture.
