Virgin Secco is appreciated by the Chefs and sommeliers in the best restaurants. Thanks to that, the highly esteemed Virgin Seccos are served in over 40 Michelin-starred restaurants. They are exciting compositions from the best of meadow fruits such as apples, pears, plums, quince and others.
Finely tuned with various botanicals, flowers, spices and well-balanced in sweetness, acidity and tannins. Tannins and herbs give body and structure to these alcohol-free drinks. Nowadays, drinks tend to be increasingly less sweet. To reduce sweetness, the fruits used to produce Virgin Secco are harvested earlier in the season.
