Westholme - the legendary Australian wagyu beef is back in UAE

On the second week of December 2023 we were excited to host the Westholme dinner party to celebrate the return of the renowned brand to UAE. Recognised across the world for its exceptional quality and unparalleled flavour, the Westholme Australian Wagyu hauls from the natural rangeland in Northern Queensland.

The special host of the event was Chef Lennox Hastie, owner of the “hottest” restaurant in Sydney – Firedoor. A great personality in the world of grilling and smoking, Chef Lennox Hastie is known for his unusual cooking techniques that use only fire without the use of electricity or gas, thanks to which he was featured on Netflix Chef's Table: BBQ. Pushing the limits of what could be cooked over a wood fire, Lennox has always aimed to highlight the ingredients in their most natural state. On this special night he offered an unforgettable culinary experience, in particular with his melt-in-the-mouth Wagyu Striploin and Ribs.
