Daniel had founded Linnolat after years working in gastronomic restaurants. Graduated from the Paul Bocuse Institute, with a great passion for the science of cooking, Daniel wanted to push the boundaries of creativity in the pastry and chocolate worlds, with idea of combining the texture and finesse of chocolate with the sublime flavours of nuts
