The three Trentin siblings grow, harvest, transform and prepare a wide variety of vegetables, according to the strong traditions that are deeply rooted in the area they have grown up in, Salento. Fresh and healthy are words that have true meaning for them: hard work, respect for people and nature, a love of simplicity and wholesomeness. Colours, flavours, and the intense emotions of those who know how to wait and who cultivate hope and passion.

Handcrafted Artisinal Antipasti
The Trentin siblings produce a wide range of vegetables preserved in oil, and are firm believers in a traditional approach that’s strongly connected to the region. “This Salento area has a microventilation that makes it unique,” says Edoardo Trentin, who, along with his siblings Emanuele and Gianna, owns the farm. “The Grecale and Scirocco sea winds affect the crops, offering them a uniqueness.” Love for the land is in their blood: they get up when it’s still dark, following the seasons and the rhythms of nature, and always with a smile on their faces, something that’s as essential as water. All the vegetables they jar in oil are grown by them, sundried and then salted by hand and preserved.
