Palette of colours and a palette of tastes. For about twenty years, Mathieu and Valentin Vermes have been growing rhubarb in the open field in the Somme, in Saint-Riquier. They have developed a collection of 100 different varieties of rhubarb through their travels and passion for the plant. Among them, fifteen varieties can be cultivated and have unique and intriguing features and textures. Whether green, red, or a colour between these two extremes, with small or bulky stems, you will find varieties rich in flavour, tangy and naturally sweet that will reveal your dishes.
